Designed for Growth
MetroStudio was approached by Sigma Engineers and Constructors to redevelop an existing 3.7 acre site in Baton Rouge to function as their new headquarters for Petrochemical/Structural/Civil/Electrical Engineering divisions. Working closely with the client and contractor MetroStudio provided design services for the initial 13,000sf redevelopment of a former bank building into an open office team oriented environment. This initial phase was completed in a compressed 6 week design-build time frame.

Working with Sigma leadership MetroStudio developed a multi-building engineering campus design to accommodate the demands of the companies growth plan. This cooperate campus plan is unique for engineering companies and focuses on improved operations, improved employee amenities and efficient utilization of the available site resources. Phase II of the overall development is currently underway.
