MetroStudio was tasked with developing brand standards and prototype design for a rapidly growing organic quick serve restaurant. Working closely with City Greens marketing and operations personnel, MetroStudio used BIM modeling to develop space sensitive solutions that addressed kitchen workflow challenges and customer experience. The completed design stands as a prototype for future franchise developments.
