The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees headquarters project entails the adaptive reuse of an existing warehousing facility located along the Laffite Greenway. The redeveloped building will accommodate a mixed-use program serving as the headquarters for the building for the New Orleans chapter of IASTE and several lease spaces that provide an additional income stream to the union.
