The poolhaus project design presents a set of modern constructions set against the backdrop of an historic Esplanade District residence. The design is conceived for maximum enjoyment within a tightly constrained yard condition. Functional amenities include an outdoor kitchen, changing room, bathroom, pool and patio areas.
